    In belly dance that’s called a "glute shimmy". If you click on the article below and go all the way down to the end, you’ll see a video exercise by Suhaila for alternating your glutes.

    Probably the best way to master it is to buy her DVD and get the whole explanation!

    Bend your knees one at a time while you rock slighlty on the feet – bend left, then right, etc.
